I found a really good resource about dyscalculia (a math learning disability) at understood.org and I noticed they had an area for writing. My own son struggles with writing. He has the ideas in his head but it is painful for him to get them onto paper. I was able to listen to a student's story about her experiences with struggling with writing, and the part that really opened my eyes was taking the simulation test to see what it was like to write through my son's eyes. I failed it. I signed up to get free resources from them sent to my email and if you know a student struggling with math, reading, writing or even attention issues, I highly encourage you to check it out.
