Fun with Paint!

Photobucket
Here is a simple and I mean simple technique.
You need canvas or heavy cardstock.

And some acrylic paints. Any colors you like.

Oh, and a piece of cardboard. No size specifically, just make sure one edge is cut somewhat straight.

1. Take your paints and drizzle, droop, splash, splotch any way you like-y.
Photobucket
2. Now take your "fancy" cardboard tool and hold it at the top of the paper/canvas at an angle.
Photobucket
3. Here is the fun part! Drag it slowly down the canvas/paper to the bottom. Repeat as needed depending on the size of your canvas (by repeat I mean move on to the next row).

Let dry. See-I told you it was fun!! :) What a neat way to make a background for a scrapbook page or altered canvas or just a fun project for you and the kiddos.
